Spirit of Detroit Hat Showcased at "Adorned: A Celebration of Wearable Art”

I’m incredibly excited to announce that my “Spirit of Detroit” hat is part of the Adorned: A Celebration of Wearable Art exhibition at the UNCLE Credit Union Art Gallery at the Bankhead Theater in Livermore, California! This inspiring exhibit runs January 9th through March 1, 2025, open to the public Thursdays through Sundays, from 1 pm to 5 pm, with free admission.

The Adorned exhibition is a stunning exploration of the boundary between fashion and fine art, showcasing how everyday garments and accessories can transform into display-worthy masterpieces. Each piece highlights innovative craftsmanship, creative use of materials, and an appreciation for textures and forms. Visitors are invited to experience the seamless blend of functional design and fine art, with the gallery itself adorned with these striking wearable works.

About the “Spirit of Detroit” Hat

The “Spirit of Detroit” hat is a tribute to the resilience, culture, and history of the Motor City. This design draws inspiration from the iconic “Spirit of Detroit” statue and other Detroit icons, blending intricate detail and bold motifs to create a wearable celebration of our city’s identity. It’s a piece close to my heart and one that I’m proud to share on this national stage.
